Intro- The key to natural is understanding and accepting YOU. I think that's why most #naturalistas are so happy and beautiful. (Not to say our the Permed sistas are not, as well.) There us beauty and glow that comes with accepting youself for who they are! Of course it's a growing process, but as soon as you learn to love, accept, & understand your hair the sooner you will have flawless, light-absorbing, attention grabbing hair!!

First things first--You have to be honest with yourself. Today is not about the type of hair you want. This process is about helping you learn/tackle the hair you have! (She might be half German/Swedish/Tanzanian/Indian/Ethiopian etc. Epithet way it's killing your vibe and you don't even know it! If your Ultimate goal is growth then you have to pay extra attention to your haircare regimen. I learned that my hair grows best when I amp up the moisture & apply the least amount of heat and tension as possible. Hello wash n go! (Protective styles are great too, but I like to deep condition a least once a week)

7. But it doesn't stop there! Natural is a lifestyle! Growth and health if your hair has more to do with a dope hair regimen. What you put in and on your body matters as well! Certain fruits and vegetables help with hair maintainece and growth!

Fatty acids-walnuts, flaxseeds, fish and avocado, citrus fruits, strawberries and red peppers,
Biotin naturally by consuming nuts, brown rice and oats.
pumpkin seeds, fresh oysters, brazil nuts, eggs, pecans.prevent breakage etc.
Rosemary oil improves scalp circulation


All things things will make you healthier from the inside out. Produces healthier skin, hair nails. Help you  feel better. When you feel better youth look better vice versa
